The Sleep Advisor® is a specialized health education program designed to provide information about sleep and sleep disorders. It is not meant to be a substitute for professional medical or health care. Users of this website are permitted to complete up to 3 Sleep Self-Assessments per 30 day period beginning with the date of their first use.
